Margaret Mead said, “Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

It is one of the most gratifying experiences in life to be involved in a cause bigger than yourself, and I have great respect for people who are willing to give their time and energy to something they believe in. Harnessing the energy of a varied group of people is a challenging and exhilarating process, and forever inspiring.
