We are not taught relationship skills in school, yet they determine our ability to put all other our learning to use. People have a basic need to interact with each other, to experience belonging, to be part of a community.

Technology has enabled us to be more linked in via artificial means, and at the same time, pointed out the irreplacability of face to face dialogue and human touch. I love working with people on building their relationship skills, as the results are so tangible and immediately gratifying. Here are some of the things I support you in doing:

  • Learning how to listen actively
  • Identifying how you prefer to give and take acknowledgment
  • Recognizing how other people prefer to give and take acknowledgement
  • Developing the skill to deal with angry people
  • Expressing your upset and anger constructively
  • Communicating what you need
  • Setting up a structured dialogue for compromise and resolution
  • Expanding your network of friends and colleagues
  • Honing your conversation abilities so you can speak comfortably with anyone
  • Getting more involved effectively in your community
  • Creating a more satisfying, fulfilling, fun life

Do any of these things ring true for you as areas you would like to improve? Are you ready to make some big, exciting changes? If so, please contact me – it would be great to work with you. I invite you to click here and request a complimentary consultation.
